The water and sewage business area is responsible for ensuring that the majority of residents in Sundsvall, Timrå, and Nordanstig municipalities always have access to clean water, and that our rivers, lakes, and seas are protected from pollution. We meet society's need for water services with a focus on high delivery reliability and community benefit in dialogue with our surroundings.

Our facilities mainly consist of production and distribution facilities for drinking water, as well as treatment plants with associated pumping stations for the treatment of our wastewater. The position is part of the Electrical & Automation unit, which currently consists of 12 employees including the operations manager. The unit is responsible for the operation and maintenance of electrical, communication, process, and automation systems.

Your Contribution as an Electrician

As an electrician with us, you will be a key person in ensuring the operation of our facilities. You will be responsible for the maintenance and development of electrical and communication systems and participate in inspections and self-checks. The role also includes installation, troubleshooting, and servicing of electrical and automation systems to ensure our processes function efficiently and safely. On-call duty may occur, which means you contribute to maintaining a safe and stable operation around the clock.

Your Skills and Experience

We are looking for someone who is a problem solver with a structured approach and who has a positive view of development. You are self-sufficient in your work and have a good ability to collaborate both internally and externally. Your flexibility and willingness to contribute to improvements make you a valuable part of our team. We place great importance on personal suitability, but the following requirements and merits are important for the role:

Mandatory Requirements:

• You are educated in electrical engineering.
• You have previously worked as an electrician in the process industry, or have equivalent experience that the employer assesses as relevant.
• A valid driver's license (B) is required.

We consider it advantageous if you have:

• Training in inspections.
• Experience with communication in data, radio, installation, and programming.
• Knowledge of drawing tools such as AutoCAD.
